HUNTSVILLE, TX - AUGUST: After a decade of unparalleled expansion, the Texas prison system releases hundred of prisoners every single workday from the Walls Unit, August 2000, in Huntsville, Texas. After being processed and signing parole papers, being given 50 dollars and a one way bus ticket, former prisoners walk two blocks to the local bus station in Huntsville, where they wait for buses to Houston or Dallas on their journey home.
